Hi Folks,
My name is Christian and I have had P90X sitting in my house since August 2007 ( 6 YEARS!!! collecting dust!) and have failed multiple times get past the first month. In the mean time I ballooned to 240lbs+ on my 6 foot frame and have also witness P90X become a social phenomena changing peoples lives throughout the country.
On July 14, 2013 I finally had a breakthrough moment in which the idea of turning 30 (July 28) and being so out of shape disgusted me and I finally committed wholeheartedly to making it through 90 Days and begin my journey to better health and a better me.
Fast forward to August 13, 2013; now that the first 30 days are behind me, I kindly ask all of you to please help support me on me journey forward. I intend to post pictures of my progress and myfitnesspal account zero2spearo is open for anyone to please review and to critic. In the past 30 days I have not missed a workout and I can confidently say that despite a rough start nutritionally, physically and emotionally, in the past 2 weeks that I have dialed my diet in to the fat shredder specifications consuming 1900 calories per day.
I sincerely hope to hear from you and to have your guidance.

Hi Christian,
Great job on taking that first step and committing. You will feel better and your body will thank you for it. I completed P90X on June 1st. P90X sure changed my life around for the better. It has also helped a few of my friends that I have known since childhood.
I had great results and I love how the programs works. Because of that I decided to become a Coach. I am doing Insanity now and loving it so far. I hope to do BodyBeast and T25 next.
Keep me posted on your progress. You are also welcome to join my facebook group. I have several in my facebook group working out to P90X. The link is below if you are interested.
