It's definitely magical for my migraines!

Yes, it is. And in my case joint inflammation as well.

Tons of magic have happened for me! Improvements in migraines, and fibromyalgia pain, cervical dystonia (involuntary rotation of the neck) is better. I have more energy each day too! Keto has been like swallowing the magic red pill! It was a leap of faith in the beginning, but the results speak for themselves and can’t be denied!!

I’m a believer now too! Keto took my migraines away, I no longer feel menstrual cramps which is insane, my achy joints are flexible again. There are weeks when my weight doesn’t budge on the scales but that’s not enough to stop me eating Keto.

I have had one migraine in over 5 years, and it was during a time when I was completely off the carnivore wagon and back to eating high-carb garbage. That alone is enough for me to stay on it. Of course, there are other benefits, but very few compare to the complete removal of migraines. Those are the absolute worst. Migraines were the reason that I refused to own a gun. I never believed that I could trust myself with an "out" in the middle of a migraine.

Yep! Count me in for disappearing joint inflammation, as well. 💥Tada!💥
