    Steps for Tuesday, 3/26 = 13,067

    @Kres567 enjoy that final day of vacation!

    @Wishusdonna, great stepping!

    @19shmoo69, you are quite welcome. Keep racking up those steps! Oh, I'm almost afraid to ask what making coffee "cowboy style" might be.

    @Jactop, what a step day you had, and with hills too. :smiley:

    @digger61, you are doing great! You've lost 7 lbs this month!

    My understanding of "cowboy style coffee" is the wretched stuff that some people make on outdoor trips. Throw grounds in a pot, boil, and make plans to pick the ground out of your teeth afterwards. I found a hilarious little article that describes this, and then offers an alternative.

    @UTMom81 Those pics of the AP are awesome. Makes me want to go see it real life! I live south of Raleigh, NC so it wouldn't be far at all to head west and hike it for a few days!

    Cowboy coffee for the most part is boiling water adding coffee grounds. Afterwards letting the grounds settle to the bottom or poring through some sort of filter to catch the grounds. Yummmm

    Can you guys let me know when it’s time to sign up for April? My state portfolios get submitted Friday, so I’m hoping things get back to normal after that.

    Checking in for Wednesday 27th!
    Calories - nicely under, need that deficit!
    Water - over!
    Exercise - 10 minute HIIT again (without shoes!) and 11325 steps.

    Today, I remembered to put my shoes on to do the HIIT, and Joe Wicks wasn't wearing any!

    You can totally do just day hikes on it too. That's what we are mostly doing, with an occasional overnight or two snuck in there when we can. Glad you're enjoying our collective trek!
