    March Goals
    1. Average 1600 calories each week
    2. Walk 4 times each week
    3. Get at least 64 oz of water each day
    4. Do goals one and two for the whole month and achieve goal three 90% of the time

    March goals:
    1. Log food 6 days/week and guesstimate 7th day
    2. Average no more than 1700 calories/week
    3. Stretch 4 times per week
    4. Intentional exercise 3 times a week
    5. Floss daily
    6. Enter spending in family budget weekly
    7. Use daily planner
    8. Take baby Leo on more outings

    Well it's just past mid-month and is probably time for a check in. I haven't been doing great. I have only been logging food sporadically and it's unlikely I averaged 1600 calories each week. I have been getting in more walks than I was but still haven't met the goal and the water intake still needs work.

    March Goals
    1. Average 1600 calories each week Logging has been too sporadic to know.
    2. Walk 4 times each week Probably only about once or twice a week right now.
    3. Get at least 64 oz of water each day Average is probably about 4 cups a day.
    4. Do goals one and two for the whole month and achieve goal three 90% of the time Ha.

    The goal right now is just to do better and aim to achieve the goals set above.

    Doing terrible. I am accomplishing absolutely none of my goals. I am actually losing weight which is surprising, but I have known for a long time that MFP estimates are a little low for me. So that is my only redemption right now.

    March goals:
    Log food 6 days/week and guesstimate 7th day - logging more like 5 days/week and not even trying to guesstimate the others
    Average no more than 1700 calories/week - Nope
    Stretch 4 times per week - This would really be a good idea
    Intentional exercise 3 times a week - Happening once a week
    Floss daily - I should really do this
    Enter spending in family budget weekly - Whoops, better get on that
    Use daily planner - I keep bringing it places with me but not really using it
    Take baby Leo on more outings - We have played on the playground a couple times. I'd like to go the aquarium and botanical garden with him this weekend. If I actually bring enough snacks this time, we might make it to the farm in the back of the gardens and see the animals.

    @puffbrat Yay for weight loss! The rest of the stuff will come with time! Don't be to hard on yourself, one day at a time =)
