Hello,
I´m new to this group. I have actually never been in af myfitnesspal group before, so I don´t know how you do here...
I´m from Denmark, 43 years old. My goal is to loose 20 kg. I plan for 5 kg at a time, and the first 5 is off.
I´m looking for people to help manage the difficult days. And to get ideas for new meals, and how to type in the difficult (not nessesary helty) foods in the app. I think it is difficult to type in the food I didn´t cook my self and when I´m eating at restaurants and like.
Will I fit in this group?

    I just joined this group as well.
    When I'm at a restaurant I just try to enter things the best that I can and then not worry about it. I don't go to restaurants that often.
