Hey guys! So I just recently got my surgery on 2/21 & I was doing well up until a few days ago. I’m experiencing a lot of pain on my left side but the pain is only felt when I’m standing. It’s like a burning sensation. & pain medication doesn’t relieve it at all! Not even the oxy prescribed by my doctor. Has anyone experienced this before? I’m going into the office tomorrow but any insight would help.

    How far over to the left is your pain. I assume you had the bypass and not the sleeve? Your pain might be unrelated....Unless they got confused when they got inside you. I hope not. But its good that your going to see the doc tomorrow. Ive been told that my gastric bypass pouch is right under my sternum
