Ok, this isnt *truly* keto, but I just learned Chickfila's breaded chicken nuggets are only 1 net carb each. Now, of course it's better to eat the grilled nuggets, but Chickfila (at least in my area) does not offer the grilled nuggets in their catering. My sister-in-law is getting married soon, and has Chickfila catering the rehearsal dinner with vegetable sides...so only breaded nuggets. But with getting 25 grams of carbs each day, I can afford to eat 5 or 6 nuggets and not upset anyone that I'm rejecting their food on such a special occasion!10

Im in Uk and have just tried Whey Hey sugar free ice cream. Wow - its too good - especially with some double cream!! Had it 3 times last week as my carb treat and still managed to lose 1.2kg (2.7lbs)8

Natural Earth monkfruit sweetener. I really enjoy using it in baking and if I ever have coffee.7

I eat them all the time. Konjac noodle is made from konjac roots. Kelp noodle is, Korean noodle, made from kelp. Both are low in carbs. Happy eating x4 -
Steak-eze- they do include some chemical preservatives so check if you are careful with those. They cook up in no time, with some sliced mushrooms, a little green bell pepper (or jalepeno if you like spicy), salt and pepper, and provolone cheese you have a 10 minute delicious super low carb meal. Seriously, game changer for me.

I am happily hooked on th he Epic bars. Especially the chicken sriacha or maple salmon ones. They do have 4 carbs but that easily fits into my day and I can carry one with me in case I want a snack or don't want to get a whole meal.2

Probably not new to anyone else, bunt I found the frozen egg patties about a month ago and I love them. Are great for when I work or just don’t feel like cooking breakfast. Pop in the microwave with some cubed ham (or left over bacon or sausage) then top with cheese.7

Was wondering in Konjac was safe for Keto! Yay, gonna try them0

Interesting! I'll have to look for these. I'd never heard of them.
You lost me on that last sentence, though. "Leftover bacon"??? What's that?!? 😊9 -

I’m so sorry I don’t want you to get your hopes up but those noodles are disgusting! Who knows maybe I’ll like them trade out😊

I really like those noodles. Spaghetti is back on the (keto) menu again.2 -
Gee where to begin!
Unico canned Lupini beans and Eden organic soy beans. I seriously miss beans and these are only about 5 grams of sugar for an entire can! Chili and refried beans are back on the menu.
Cocoa butter for making my own chocolate with cocoa powder and liquid stevia.
Shirataki rice is brilliant for cabbage rolls or in a meat casserole. You don't even notice the funky, rubber texture when used that way.
Kraft sea salt peanut butter. Yum flourless chocolate peanut butter bars!
Collard greens. In casseroles, steamed until tender or made into crispy chips sprinkled with nutritional yeast... I am ever so slightly obsessed with collards.
Broccoli raab bitters slow cooked in water with chicken boullion and garlic.
Starfruit. FRUIT that's gulit free, juicy, crispy and refreshing and it looks cool too ☺
Chayote chopped and slow cooked with lemon juice, erythritol and cinnamon that tastes JUST like apple pie.
Castelvetrano olives with only 1 gram sugar for a huge fistful, 100 grams of olives!
Psyllium powder for making Maria emmerich's awesome bread buns.
I can't wait until duck is on sale again. All dark meat and crispy skin...mmmm.
Those are at the top of my list. All these finds have been serious game changers for me. It's finding foods to replace the things I really miss since I started keto.
I get excited when I discover new foods.
Now to figure out what to do with that quark I picked up the other day 😉14 -

Where did you get it?1 -
For me it is boring: beef, pork and cheese.1

The ready to go keto pancakes from target by birch benders and the 2g sugar yogurt from light and fit has rocked my world. The eggs in the pancakes are not organic which i guess no one does in their ingredients which made me terribly ill but it still tasted superb6

Im not sure if I am writing in the right place. But, my favorite new keto food is zucchini noodles fried with homemade alfredo sauce! and swerve granular sugar subsitute, so much better than stevia without the after taste. 3 weeks in and it is these little joys that keep my going7

The shirataki noodles are a game changer. If you prepare them as per the package instructions and include them with something with a sauce they are really quite grand. I found them at my local Natural Grocers for $1.99 per package which Is cheaper than the other stores or the internet. I also have started using alfredo sauce (in a jar) with extra seasonings to cook with protein that's a bit dry - i.e. pork chops, hamburger meat, etc. It's really keto friendly. I try and keep my recipes pretty simple with no more than 5 ingredients. I also make double batches so I can freeze an extra meal. I have a nice recipe for biscuits which are satisfying and keep well since the recipe makes 12 biscuits.2

This reminds me...I make a chicken & mushroom alfredo with cauliflower rice instead of noodles...so delicious and filling!!!2 -
@tcunbeliever that sounds awesome! (you wouldn't happen to have a shareable link somewhere hiding, would you?)0

I don't really cook from recipes often, I just kind of wing it most of the time.
Toss in a skillet:
1 lb chicken cubed
1 stick butter
1 lb mushrooms (I like a mix of baby portabella and white)
heat on medium until the chicken is cooked (mushrooms should be cooked down by now and the water generated from the mushrooms should cook off), if you want to add some spinach or fresh garlic this is the time and just keep stirring until the spinach is wilted
add in cauliflower rice and cook until heated (I buy the frozen at costco, but you can use fresh too) this is a good time for salt/pepper or other dry seasonings
add in a pint of heavy cream and probably 4 oz of parmesan
When it's all bubbly and hot it should start to thicken slightly and it's done! If you remove it from the heat and let it sit it will also thicken a bit more as it cools.2 -
thank you so much!0
