Has anyone else seen this book? I just started reading it since the social worker advised me to. It's seems to have some good information. I'm not trying to sell the book, just wanted to share with some of you that might really benefit from reading it to. I'll post more later when I'm through it. My journey is still very new, I have more classes and tests before I can even see the surgeon.:flowerforyou:

Although the road to surgery is long and often twisted, it is a good thing in my book. It is a life changer, a tool, and not a miracle cure for years of bad habits Too big portion sizes a, poor food choices, eating as a substitute for so many things, and a body that thinks walking several miles a day, unreasonable.

Thanks for the book suggestion. Although nearly 3 years post RNY. I still learn from such books, still attend support groups, still need to beat back bad habits of the past 30 years to maintain my weight loss. As one book puts it. .
