First of all I'm not sure if I should do this or even how to do it. I tried to look under the search button but couldn't find the info on how and why to do one. If any of you know of a thread I should read please let me know. Should I do it before or after I reach my goal weight? The main reason I'm considering doing one is basically I would like to be able to raise my calorie limit somewhat. The more I lose the less calories I can have right? I just want to be able to eventually eat at level that keeps me satisfied, that I can enjoy food in a social situation without always having to modify or turn the food down, and more importantly eat at a level I can sustain forever. Any info you can give me will be GREATLY appreciated!! :-)
