How to calculate net carbs

Do I subtract erythritol and dietary fiber to get a net carb? For example total carbohydrates 22 g dietary fiber 15 g erythritol 4g? so would it equal to three or seven? I’m trying to figure all this out. Sorry!

Not all sugar alcohols can legitimately be subtracted. Some are actually partially processed and have been shown to affect blood sugar, so not completely subtractable. For those, I'd count half.
Erythritol, however, is one that is not digested (so is xylitol) and you CAN subtract it.
So 22total-15fiber-4erythritol= 3g net

what @baconslave said
and some of this is based on your n=1 and if you feel better/worse when you eat it.1
