Just thought i would share this. I threw my husband a surprise bday party a couple weeks ago , and its theme was "A-Z Beers" I said it could be funny , or a serious beer . I had them sign up and then i gave out the letters , i gave the harder letters to the other beer geeks and assigned beer coaches if anyone needed help. It worked amazingly and he was so surprised . He got some funny ones like a 40 og Natty Light (from Me ) and some good ones like Matilda 2009...SOmetimes planning things for beer geeks is hard haha

    I love this idea. I might have to steal it as well for my girlfriend to do, or possibly for my guy friends to do as a bachelor party. SWEET idea!

    It was so easy to do and plan...Saves people present ideas ,

    1.send out a massive email , and or ask people if they want to be involved
    2.Once you get the idea of how many people you have to work with give letters out
    3.Always check in on them and keep track of the letters people have and dont have (id do a fbook group and tag people in their designated letters)
    4.Week of event check and see if you have free letters , either post telling people more letters are availble or jsut buy those yourself,
    5. Hubby was turning 31 so i had 5extra i bought for so it was actullly 31 beers , theese can be wilcards or coupouns to go somewhere etc ....Or just do plain A-Z :)
