My daughter, who is puberty age, not menopause age, has this issue. It can definitely be caused by hormones, but it's probably good to have a doctor check and make sure it isn't GERD or gallbladder or any other serious cause.

I did. About 3 years before the end before actual menopause. It was like morning sickness. In fact, I had it again recently when my estrogen got too high (tweaking my BHRT).

If it's caused by high estrogen, I wonder if DIM would help?

Currently I'm testing my daughter on pychnogenol - to see if that will help with the nausea...if it doesn't work then she's willing to try DIM...the pychnogenol seemed to be helping, but then she didn't take it for a couple weeks, and it's one of those things you have to be on for a month to really see results...so in another 2-3 weeks or so we should know if it's helping any.
