Found on Pintrest, has been on my list to try:
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1. On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients.
2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it.
3. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
Add some pasta sauce and spaghetti and you have pork Parmesan instead of chicken0 -
These probably aren't the healthiest because of the brown sugar, but they are super delicious.
Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops
2 large apples, peeled, cored & sliced
1⁄4 cup brown sugar (I use a bit less)
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
salt
pepper
1⁄2 cup dry sherry
Directions
Brown the chops in a skillet.
Heat oven to 350°F degrees.
Arrange apple slice in the bottom of an oven proof pan large enough to hold the 6 chops in a single layer. Sprinkle apples with the brown sugar& cinnamon, dot with the butter.
Top with the chops.
Pour in the sherry.
Cover with foil or lid.
Bake for approx 1 hour or until tender.1 -
The pork chop is pan fried in olive oil with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. The potatoes and cherry tomatoes are oven roasted for around 1/2 hour.
