So I seen this was sort of asked already. As far as how many carbs go. But i am doing low card. Not strict keto. I dont like to feel deprived and as much as i felt great on keto and lost weight, cant get my head back in the game to stay that low and are constantly over and cheating. So by making my Carbs around 50, or atleast under 100, I dont feel so bad. But, using Carb Manager, it has my macros at 16%carbs, 42% Protein and 42% Fat. Does that sound right?? The scale hasnt been moving lately and im wondering if I should adjust my macros as well as cut out all cheat snacks.

I think your macros look fine to me, but if they are not working maybe reduce the fat?

How are you doing as far as calories? I reached a point where I had to start tracking calories, or I would not lose an ounce. I'm in maintenance now, and I still have to track. Some people just can't trust their satiety signals.

my macros at 16%carbs, 42% Protein and 42% Fat

What's that translate to? Without knowing your calories, these numbers don't really mean anything.
    cut out all cheat snacks.

That very likely is part of your problem. They're known to be problematic for a lot of people.

Sorry, that works out to 50g of carbs, 59g of fat, and 132g of protein. I never really hit my protein. and fats..i never use to hit but now have been going way over the last 2 days. It ends up giving me 1256 calories per day. Which i hear can be to low, but have also gone over the last 2 days..

Unless you're very petite (like, under 5-foot), it very likely is too low, which might be contributing to your cheating problem. Very often, if we're chronically undereating, we get sugar cravings, because they're quick energy.

Try bumping up to somewhere around at least 1400-1600 and see how you feel (just increase your fat, carbs should stay at 50g and your protein amount looks about right already), and re-run your numbers with a .5-1lb per week weight loss rate and at least "lightly active" for activity level to see where the calculators fall. Make sure you're eating enough at each meal, too, that way you're not driven to snack in between meals.
