I mentioned last week that I'm giving up weekly weighing for at least 6 weeks but would still report behaviors here on Fridays.

I had a good week. I decided to try intuitive eating for a week. I think I did okay. I let hungery/satiety guide my eating. My only issue is I ate more things than usual that would have needed breaking down from an ingredient standpoint, and I think it's easier to have too many calories when things like salads that include mayo are involved. I'm going back to tracking this week.

    Have a great weekend!

Not weighing is harder than I thought it would be.

I will not give in to temptation.

Interesting, Emmie. My schedule was pretty whacky and I didn't weigh myself for much of last Summer and Fall--but I did track. At those intermittent times I went to a WW meeting and weighed there, I found I was able to maintain my weight, more or less (not fluctuating greatly, and especially not upward).

I hope your inclusion of tracking this week helps bring you where you want to be. I think it was very helpful to help keep me on the path when I wasn't routinely weighing myself.

I'm a daily weigher. I CANNOT imagine! I think the hardest part for me, besides the daily struggle to stay off the scale, would be managing my expectations for when i finally do get on!

You've made it this long, so you've got this! 💪💪💪
