This is a great group for some motivation! I just finished 30DS, level 2, day 13. MFP is the main tool keeping me on track and making myself accountable to ME! I always look at my food journal before I eat any "dessert" type stuff and I have to log my 30 day shred workouts every day! The goal is to finish this round by 8/30/13 and I am going to start over with level 1 for two weeks then try out the Insanity program for 60 days... Great job, everyone keep up the good work!
