Just a reminder to keep active each day. I always find it feels better than being sedentary.
Moving and walking play as much a part in my mental health as my physical health.
Couple days behind, but todays discussion has not kicked off yet.
Tue yes x 2, no x 1
Wed yes x 2, no x 1
Thu yes x 3
Tuesday, mostly recovered from Monday's tonsillitis attack and worked the day (wiped me out), so no walking. Booked doctors appointment for Wednesday (no space on Tuesday)
Wednesday saw the doctor. No evidence of the tonsillitis left. As had not seen a doctor for over 2 years (since I lost 50+lbs), did a check-up on vitals. BP 115 over 60 (bordering low, but not a concern), referral to do the usual bloodwork.
Doctors visit took a large chunk out of work day and had to go later than usual to catch up. Was too dark to walk when finished and too tired to do extra bodyweight.
Thursday was a public holiday here (and I needed it). Got a chance to get out and fly. Felt good to be out. Plenty of extra walking and work setting up track for flying.12 -

I am glad to hear that you feeling better and was able to go out do some of your regulars.
I agree with your statements that "....keep active each day always find it feels better than being sedentary. Moving and walking play as much a part in my mental health as my physical health...". I find that so true since I reduced my activities to prepare for my exams. I feel like a log of wood. I am seriously looking forward to going back to my activities.

Exercise? Yes, beautiful day with long outside walk with Annie and DH at Highland Park. Wish I had the camera with me. Admired the cherry trees, magnolia trees, and forsythia which were all in blossom against a lovely blue sky with only fair weather clouds. So very nice to enjoy, given the rainy forecast for the next week!
Calories? Yes, within allowance.

Very nice to see so many already signed up, again, for May. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful group leader with @RangerRickL . Want to commend all of those who continue posting every day...even on those days which end up as a pass. Just showing up is a win for everyone. Appreciate the camaraderie we enjoy on this forum. Thank you!6 -

The Easter candy can be gone immediately if you just throw it away. Just a thought....3 -

Exercise-Yes, walking
cals- Yes, under
Tracked- Yes 128💦2 -
I was hoping to post yesterday as a non-pass day, having run and walked a decent distance and generally kept going (29k steps) I finished the day having eaten just over 1600 cals, with 12 spares left over. I went to bed about half an hour early, with a book. Unfortunately I must not move or fidget or twitch in my sleep enough, after syncing the Garmin after this morning's run i'm 20 calories in the red for yesterday. So yet another pass day!
However, generally if I have a binge-out over the weekend, when I go back to work on the Monday my work trousers are a bit tight round the waistband. This week, after 2 weeks off for the Easter holidays, judging by the number of pass days I've had my trousers should have been unfastenable, but they were surprisingly comfortable.
Anyhow, onward and upward and all that, I'm just trying to generate enough mental energy to take the pushbike out against the wind.3 -
