Since I still work almost full-time, I look forward to a bigger workout on Saturdays.
I don't have to get up and immediately start to workout. I had a couple of cups of coffee. Took care of the pets. Did some reading and then planned my Saturday cardio/strength program. I did a total of 67 minutes of which 57 minutes was active exercise. I felt great!
Calories: under my limit

Really was Saturday.
Tomorrow is a race day. Early start and lots of work as I am race director, club president and secretary for the race club. Hopefully I come home with working race drones.

I bought some Mexican Jalapeño Peanut M&Ms and I shouldn’t have. They were good, but not something I’ll be having too often. Running around like crazy today and totally threw me off track.

Well, the power of positivity doesn't always win. I'm going to take myself out of the group for the rest of April. I've been in and out of the hospital over the past few days still trying to find out why I'm sick. At this point, checking in here is depressing because I can't do much with regards to the accountability group. But I'll be back in May, ready to go!! Good luck everyone. I'm in the middle of surviving an eventful weekend of food with a bunch of would-be(normally) Foodies! Wedding shower yesterday, then dinner out with fam last night and then today will be a birthday party with some of the same people. Luckily 7 of my closest family members (including DH) are all now doing the keto diet and yesterday I spent my trips up to the finger food table explaining to my newly conscientious step mom and aunt what to eat when we really had no good options. We decided on eating the meats and cheeses from the sandwiches and stacked up on raw broccoli, cucumber veggie mix and ranch. A small side of chicken salad, salsa and sour cream. Wish me luck on today!2 -

Skipped kick boxing this morning so I could throw together my impromptu yard sale. The regular instructor was off and the fill in always cuts class short and barely works us so I knew I wasn’t missing much! And I totally made $238 on my junk.
Spent the afternoon running around playing soccer with my nephews and had a big family dinner, it was a wonderful day.
