Really was Saturday.
Tomorrow is a race day. Early start and lots of work as I am race director, club president and secretary for the race club. Hopefully I come home with working race drones.

Yes x 3. A 90 min yoga class. The regular teacher was away for an Easter break so we had a replacement who worked us hard - got a feeling ill have some aching muscles tomorrow. Went for a walk in the woods too. The bluebells are nearly out in full force - one of my favourite times.3

We had beautiful, sunny 15C weather here today—finally feeling like spring. I walked an hour to the movie theatre to see an afternoon showing of the Tempest (televised stage play from the Stratford Festival). It was excellent. Then a lovely hour-long walk back, and homemade pizza for dinner. It was an excellent Saturday!5 -

Skipped kick boxing this morning so I could throw together my impromptu yard sale. The regular instructor was off and the fill in always cuts class short and barely works us so I knew I wasn’t missing much! And I totally made $238 on my junk.
Spent the afternoon running around playing soccer with my nephews and had a big family dinner, it was a wonderful day.4 -

SOOOO much easier to eat less when there are fewer hours in the day .... because it truly WAS Saturday, so I slept in ............ for hours .......

I decided today to transition to maintenance. I’ve been on the fence about it for awhile. I’ve been fluctuating right around my goal weight for a month. Part of me wanted to see if I could get a bit lower but part of me knows I never maintain that low anyways. So it’s time to up the calories and get serious about a progressive lifting plan. I’ve been looking forward to this.2 -
