Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 2 x 30 minute brisk walks outside; plus 45 minute Core Cardio class; plus 12 minutes making a rainbow via my mini-trampoline

SOOOO much easier to eat less when there are fewer hours in the day .... because it truly WAS Saturday, so I slept in ............ for hours .......
And the "strive to be average" approach is still working for the dancing. Now if I can just transfer a similar attitude to the French Homework practice .....4 -

12 mile run this morning...currently at 36K steps for the day.
Logged everything and couldn't eat all my calories...closed out with 500 left to go, but I just don't need it all.

I decided today to transition to maintenance. I’ve been on the fence about it for awhile. I’ve been fluctuating right around my goal weight for a month. Part of me wanted to see if I could get a bit lower but part of me knows I never maintain that low anyways. So it’s time to up the calories and get serious about a progressive lifting plan. I’ve been looking forward to this.2 -

Since I still work almost full-time, I look forward to a bigger workout on Saturdays.
I don't have to get up and immediately start to workout. I had a couple of cups of coffee. Took care of the pets. Did some reading and then planned my Saturday cardio/strength program. I did a total of 67 minutes of which 57 minutes was active exercise. I felt great!

Really was Saturday.
Tomorrow is a race day. Early start and lots of work as I am race director, club president and secretary for the race club. Hopefully I come home with working race drones.

I bought some Mexican Jalapeño Peanut M&Ms and I shouldn’t have. They were good, but not something I’ll be having too often. Running around like crazy today and totally threw me off track.

Well, the power of positivity doesn't always win. I'm going to take myself out of the group for the rest of April. I've been in and out of the hospital over the past few days still trying to find out why I'm sick. At this point, checking in here is depressing because I can't do much with regards to the accountability group. But I'll be back in May, ready to go!! Good luck everyone. You're all doing awesome. ❤️7
