My Thursday report is calories okay; exercise was 47 minutes of cardio and active stretching; and tracking was okay.6 -

(wails in not-quite-mock-dispair) How can it be Friday?!? It's supposed to be SATURDAY!!! I turned off the alarm (which MUST have been set in error last night), rolled over .... 'cause it's SATurday .... and got poked an hour and a half later to be told it's after 7:00 .... soo? it's Saturday.... noooooo, it's FRIday!
W H A T !?!?!?!?!? (rush rush rush rush an hour and a half behind my comfortably paced morning routine .....)
Won't know till after supper if it also turns out to be a Pass day or not ..... if I can manage to improvise sufficiently, maybe NOT .... stay tuned ...

After work today, I did laundry, made dinner, made up a double batch of chili for meals for the next two weeks, took out the recycling, and filed my taxes electronically for the first time (did them on paper, then used a new online program, then spent 20 minutes on hold because I managed to lock myself out of my Canada Revenue Agency online account because I hadn't been in since last year, lol). I'm feeling very accomplished. (And very tired and ready for bed.) Should be a more relaxed weekend for me, though, since those tasks are done!
@BMCc9, hope you survived the rest of the day. The good news is, it really is Saturday tomorrow.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 85 minutes of strength training this morning (upper body focus) and 25 minute walk during lunch.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No -- I'm over. Unintentional Pass Day today.

I'm very disappointed in myself. The last few weeks have been very stressful with work, and I've slipped into some bad habits again of eating way more sugar than I should be and eating more processed foods than I'm should. It's leaving me feeling sluggish and bloated, and honestly afraid of getting on the scale right now.
I need to refocus and recommit right now. I've come way too far to screw this up. I've got a 12 mile run tomorrow, which I'll rock, and hopefully that will help get me refocused. I also really need to come up with a better plan for dealing with work stress than eating. I thought I had that under control, but I know now I'm wrong.
I know UAC will help me get through this and get back on the path.4 -
