Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 85 minutes of strength training this morning (upper body focus) and 25 minute walk during lunch.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No -- I'm over.Unintentional Pass Day today.

I'm very disappointed in myself. The last few weeks have been very stressful with work, and I've slipped into some bad habits again of eating way more sugar than I should be and eating more processed foods than I'm should. It's leaving me feeling sluggish and bloated, and honestly afraid of getting on the scale right now.
I need to refocus and recommit right now. I've come way too far to screw this up. I've got a 12 mile run tomorrow, which I'll rock, and hopefully that will help get me refocused. I also really need to come up with a better plan for dealing with work stress than eating. I thought I had that under control, but I know now I'm wrong.
I know UAC will help me get through this and get back on the path.4 -
