is this a laugh or a cry .... and it is ME
(wails in not-quite-mock-dispair) How can it be Friday?!? It's supposed to be SATURDAY!!! I turned off the alarm (which MUST have been set in error last night), rolled over .... 'cause it's SATurday .... and got poked an hour and a half later to be told it's after 7:00 .... soo? it's Saturday.... noooooo, it's FRIday!
W H A T !?!?!?!?!? (rush rush rush rush an hour and a half behind my comfortably paced morning routine .....)
Won't know till after supper if it also turns out to be a Pass day or not ..... if I can manage to improvise sufficiently, maybe NOT .... stay tuned ...
Pass day # 2 - wasn't pretty ... was SIGNIFICANTLY over, even after allowing for more than 200 exercise calories ... there was this dish of mixed foil-wrapper eggs and candy-coated mini-eggs .... on the way to and from the caff where I had to buy not-so-great lunch because I didn't bring my usual with me ..... don't usually need to even walk along that hall between arriving and leaving ....
On the up side, I DID do the HIIT on the bike, the 40 minute Core Cardio Learn and 12 minutes on the mini-trampoline .... also didn't need bail money OR have to hide any bodies .... .... only foil wrappers ....2 -
