    @fatbambi2017 @MadisonMolly2017 thank you for sharing! Very inspiring! My weight seems to be stuck but I reassured myself that I’m working out 6 x a week and eating right! The weight will eventually fall off. I’ve lost a ton of weight with weight loss supplements and gained it all back plus some. This time on this journey I’m telling myself slow and steady wins the race!

    Ran to and from the gym and lifted weights while there. Since I’m training for a half marathon, it’s easy to focus just on running, but I’m trying so keep the weights in the mix.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run this morning, and lots of moving and dancing during band practice -- ending the day with 21K steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @less100n00 -- You are totally right! When my eating is on point, my abs show way more than when I don't.
