    Pass Day 3. Yes on exercise and tracking. Went over on calories when my daughter saved a cupcake for me she got at school and gave it to me. Couldn't disappoint her by not having it.

    Pass Days 9.

    It's the morning of April 11th as I do my check-in. I'll be going to work today for the first time in a week and a half. Still feeling unwell. But the sun is shining. And today I WILL track everything I eat and I WILL stay on target. I'm going to even attempt a bit of exercise. I'm taking all the stories of starting small to heart. For me today, a success will be 10 mins of activity. 10 mins is better than the 0 mins of the past week and a half right? ❤️
