Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Let's look at what a Pass Day is and what it isn't:
1) it can be a welcome tool to use for family gatherings; special events; anniversaries; birthdays and more
2) it can be planned ahead of time and used with delight, or
3) it can be a wild card for a blooper in a day's calorie intake
4) it can be break from the pressure of tracking
5) Most important of all, it's a way to help you develop the healthy habits of tracking your intake; consuming less than your chosen limit of calories: and encouraging at least 20 minutes of more of daily exercise
A Pass day is not:
1) some sort of mortal sin
2) something to be ashamed about
3) it's not a cheat day in which all restraint is thrown to the wind.
We all need balance in our lives and 3 Pass Days per month, seems to be a helpful way to accomplish that.

Seeing huge changes in my body in just under 2 weeks. I'm excited to have found a healthy lifestyle that I can stick to.
Currently working past some symptoms of transitioning to a low carb, mod protein, and high fat diet. My diet is vegetarian and composed of mostly whole foods with some protein supplements.

2 x yes - no explicit activity (rained intermittently most of day, so no walk, late flying, so no bodyweight today).
Kind of pertinent that opening post was about pass days
Still did a lot today, just most of it in the office. Most of it standing up.
Hopefully weather is kinder tomorrow. I miss it when I cannot get out and walk.

My latest exergame tour (aka mini-trampoline time) finished yesterday, and I deliberately have NOT created a now tour-profile yet.
I am determined to be "Very Average" with my core work-out program starting today - take at LEAST the first week to just discover what my current flexibility and range-of-motion baselines are .... not compare against what I USED to be able to do ....7 -
Thank you everyone for my birthday wish.
It was a blast and I really enjoyed it.
My family pampered me all day.
It is interesting to note that, even though I have taken yesterday as a pass day, my system has been trained to eat within limit, right amount and at a specific time. It has also been trained to not get sick (you know that feeling) from a wonderful day experience. So I woke up this morning feeling just right as opposite to feeling sick because I ate or indulged too much (former habits).
It's wonderful to see the payoff of being a member of this wonderful group of supporters. UAC members, you guys are great! You rock it. Thank you for being my online supporters and friends.

good to see you just keep coming and keep reporting .... that makes you a winner no matter WHAT your final pass total turns out to be this month ... then in May, try to beat your record.5 -

@AmyHammons1, what did you use as vegan "tuna"? (I am a curious vegetarian.)
@victorious55, that sounds like an awesome day yesterday! I feel like I've been getting better about portion sizes and not overeating this year, but I know that celebrations have been a challenge for me in the past. (Sometimes more like that "cheat day where all restraint is thrown to the wind".) I hope that I will be able to follow your example over Easter and enjoy within limits and therefore without regret.5 -

45 minute aerobics classes followed by 3 hours of gardening.
Way under on calories but my cold has me beat and ready for NyQuil and bed.
Evidently the horrible cold I had two weeks ago has a nasty sister who is kicking my butt now. Several people have had the same two colds back to back. It is the WORST!5 -
