Wow what a fun day...
Got up before dawn to do a hike in the desert. There were quail; rabbits and even their predator, the coyote roamed by.. 87 minutes ending at 7:12 a.m
Calories: way under my limit
Tracking: okay
I've just flown back to Chicago metro from Phoenix, Arizona. It was 96 degrees there in the afternoon. It's very nice here near Chicago. Spring is finally here and the grass has begun to grow. I'll not be back in the desert until next winter.4 -

Yes x3. Spent a good chunk of the day sick and in bed. I don’t usually count cleaning as exercise, but today I forced myself to do it to get some activity in, and for the amount of energy and effort it took, I’m counting that hour!3

Yes, a short walk at work and an evening walk with my husband. I’m blessed to live in the country. My walk is through grassy fields and up and down a couple hills. I’m so glad to have longer days and better weather for walking.

Week one was a struggle so I went awol. For the past two years I've been juggling (badly at times) working, a post-grad qualification and parenting. I had an assessed piece of work due in on Saturday so I failed to find time for me and the UAC. I know to many that will sound like an excuse and I need to work out how to manage things better but at 7months pregnant, it is what it is. I'm posting now to make sure that I log everything today and check in with you all tonight and am accountable!

@am_change - I sincerely hope no one in this group would judge you and think you are making excuses. You have a LOT going on. I’ve been there and so have a lot of others. Please don’t be hard on yourself. You are doing the best you can. I believe that. I hope you do as well. Hugs and encouragement!
