Did I exercise? Yes, walked 12 miles and a half hour of lifting.
In calorie budget? Yes
Tracked? Yes
I’m basically not tracking tomorrow. I’ll track breakfast and dinner, but lunch will be a bust. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to run and offset the bug meal a bit!4 -

Did I exercise? Yes, ran 8 miles before I started cooking this morning. Also walked off some of the food bloat with a friend this evening (7 miles).
In calories? Nooooo. I’m even about 500 calories over for the week, but that should still translate to a small loss.
Tracked? Some guesstimating but nothing for sure.1 -
