    I’m basically not tracking tomorrow. I’ll track breakfast and dinner, but lunch will be a bust. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to run and offset the bug meal a bit!

    I didn’t actually expect any loss this week because my weight has been bouncing everywhere because of TOM. Very gratifying to see a loss there. 💕

    Did I exercise? Yes, ran 8 miles before I started cooking this morning. Also walked off some of the food bloat with a friend this evening (7 miles).
    In calories? Nooooo. I’m even about 500 calories over for the week, but that should still translate to a small loss.
    Tracked? Some guesstimating but nothing for sure.
