POUNDFIT is an upbeat and energizing workout structured to music. It mixes cardio, strength, balance, and coordination while drumming to the beat of the song. I love it because it fuses my love for dance and music with fitness. I get so into the songs and drumming patterns that I actually forget that I am working out. POUNDFIT is a great way to have fun and burn calories at the same time. We also have an awesome class community that encourages one another and looks forward to working out with each other. All levels and ages are welcome. Even the most uncoordinated will enjoy this class, just ask my husband. Come check us out on Wednesdays at 5:30p. I promise you will leave sweaty and with a smile on your face!
