Weekly Meal Planning
As we hear all to often, Failing to plan is Planning to Fail!

So let's start by planning your weekly meals. Expect to put about 2-3 hours in planning a good set of meals, though it gets easier as you practice. I suggest working on the weekends (if you can) and preparing as much food as you can ahead of time. That way you can throw the meal together quickly.
