Hi Stephany,
This is my first time using an app or tracking any type of foods that I eat but I’ve decided it’s something I need.
I’m 23 years old and i recently went to the doctor and found out I was only 109 pounds and wasn’t getting enough nutrients. So for the past 2-3 months I’ve been drinking protein shakes, eating protein bars and trying to eat more food in general. I noticed I was maintaining the weight but never gaining any. I weighted myself today and noticed I lost a few pounds (105) due to some stress recently probably. I have yet to find anything to help me gain weight and everything I research is for muscle building, body building, etc. I am a waitress 5 days a week so I move A LOT and have a hard time intaking more calories then I’m burning.
I’ve been bullied about my weight for years and continue to feel sensitive about it to this day. I need help. If anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated. 😭🤞🏻1 -
Hello guys and best of luck! I am 17, and for the past couple of years have been in the 100-105lb range. I am 5 foot 4, which makes my ideal weight in the 110-140 range (if you believe the internet). I have to admit that my weight is my own fault, I frequently forget to eat and drink enough to get proper nutrition. I am very creative and typically my hobbies take first priority. Unfortunately, I am mortal and this needs to be remedied. hoping this site will help!0

Hello! My name is Wen. I wanted to join this group to hopefully find accountability buddy to help me gain weight. I have been diagnosed with eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia) since I was 11. I have struggled with eating and weight gain even younger than that. I remember being in 1st and 2nd grade having to sit at the dinner table for hours every night fighting with my parents about eating my food. I would hide in my napkin or secretly hand it to the dog under the table. But my parents caught on very quick as I obviously was not growing and severely under weight. I am an adult now and it's still a daily struggle. Most people want to lose weight not gain it so it's hard to find friends with this in common.0
