My swimming lesson was canceled today so I did the following instead:
Recumbent bike - 30 minutes - 6.94 miles
Upper body Blast - 3 sets with 5 lb weights.
Getting beach ready!

So for the exercise portion of the show I've done pretty well this week also. I'll hit six days of exercise with a good amount of weight lifting. I even did some rowing this week which I often forget how much I like.
It was finally nice enough last night at night and we had the time to go for a short walk. Just felt good to get out into the neighborhood. Can't wait to get into my flower beds and get those cleaned out :-) hoping to start that this weekend. I guess that counts as a workout right?0 -
Did weights on Monday and Tuesday. Stairs a little yesterday. Just staying busy.

Shelley, my surgeon is really great. Everyone out there is great. Surgery scheduled for June 18.
Met w/our trainer Sat and will meet w/her tomorrow. She's keeping me strong.

My team had tough matches on Sunday. We only won 1 of 5 matches. My doubles partner and I loss a tough 3 set match 3-6 6-1 and 4-6. We played over 2 hours so at least I got in a good work out. We will get them next week.

Kathy you are right in that you got a good work out! That is a lot of moving. I hope you had a good time regardless of the losses.
Got in some weight lifting this morning. Some of the above and some extras. I am only benching 85 pounds right now. But I feel great about it. That frozen shoulder really took its time healing! It is mostly gone now. Just every now and then I find something it still won't do!

Chris being a slug is a great way to regenerate.
I walked the dogs in shifts today. First Libby, Barney and Moxie. They are the younger group. Then it was Joey, Cooper and Moxie again. To hard to keep an eye on them all at once. Barney of course is still on a leash. Then Grim time with GD Kaeldra. Going to Run to tomorrow with DD and GD.

Aw Kathy, I will be wishing you a few wins next time. While winning is not everything it sure makes it funner.
Worked out yesterday and did my 20 pound flys again. Working on getting better at my bench press also.
