Bit slow over the weekend as both me and DH were fighting an infection. I’m feeling much better, but he’s had to have antibiotics - they’re very reluctant to prescribe them here in the uk.
@Janet - you do have some adventurous runs .... and 47k steps - WoW
@Dave - I also love the calorie joke .... it’s certainly my problem at the moment :D

 I certainly hate to admit how much the calorie meme struck a chord with me too!

In weather news, despite me getting to ride my motorcycle to work the last two days, we are about 2" into a snowstorm that is forecast to drop anywhere from 5"-20" in the next 36 hours. Last night on the news, I had to laugh...there was a graphic they put up that said, "Monthly tornado drill canceled due to snowstorm."

"How many do I get to eat at night" - ha, ha, ha!

3 mile run this morning then bike ride up to church for a meeting puts me at 37/75. Off on another trip tomorrow. No wonder I can't get a grip on my eating - I'm always on the road.

@Dave - I don't know if I should be laughing at the cancelling of the tornado drills or afraid. We have areas of Montana that are supposed to get up to 20" of snow over the next 72 hours. Fortunately I don't live anywhere close to them. Got some Graupel snow today but that should be it for the snow for me.

@DEAN - It's okay, you can laugh. The now has stopped for the time being, but the winds have picked up. We're supposed to get more snow and freezing rain over the next 24 hours and then the 50's & 60's return on Saturday. lol

Yesterday I pulled two ticks off me as I was doing yard clean up. One had just taken a bite as I was going to remove him. It is going to be a bad season again.

@Dave - I saw your weather tracker. Those will be your only two days of spring. You'll move into hot and humid summer starting next week.

I will be off the radar until Sunday evening. The rivers here crested today and Oregon is a mess right now. I am leaving in the morning to go north to my hometown and ride an event there. Mt Rainier Foothills trail is a absolutely great ride. But one little drawback - the entire area is surrounded by Voights and South Prairie Creeks (rather large) and the Carbon and Puyallup Rivers which come off of glaciers. I have heard that the going will be a bit wet and deep. Will evaluate the situation after I get up there. Have a great weekend everyone

@ANACONDA469 - Good luck with your event (as well as the river levels) this weekend!

@JTH11706 - Hope you have a safe trip as well! Let me know if I can help with the updates this weekend.

@DEAN - You're not far off!! That's pretty much about what will happen! That will be all the Spring we get!
