Thinking about how to make KANZAC biscuits close to the distinctive flavour and texture of my traditional version, pre-fat adaptation.
If no Golden Syrup or honey, will browning the butter and caramelising stevia or Monk Fruit sugar work?
Don't need cornflakes, a 19th C whacko abomination not from these wide brown lands girt by apartment blocks.
Anyone tried adding distinctively Australian ingredients?
