I have been doing Ketosis / Atkins very very low carb for 3 months now , I am down 62 pounds, and I am looking for more keto friends , I still have120 pounds to lose, would love to have your help and friendship here, thanks

    thank you, slowly but surely adding friends, I am on my last day of a 4 day trip to the Oregon Coast, hasnt been easy here, looking forward to getting back home where the Keto is far easier to maintain
