I'm not any of the above but I did start TURBO FIRE on Monday - I did the Fire 30 Mon and Tue - I plan to do the HIIT 15 tomorrow AM and a stretching session. I'm a lil' nervous about the HIIT workout :huh: but I KNOW I'll CAN KILL IT!!! :explode:0

Your plan sounds good. HIIT is very good for weight loss. start of slow and work harder from there onwards! keep everyone updated on your progress0
