Hi, im looking to start keto with my mom in the near future we both have a good amount of weight to lose 100-150 pounds each and are just overwhelmed if all the info online. I kind of grasp the basics but dont want to end up doing it wrong and not seeing results causing frustration. Both of us have struggled with our weight for a long time and NEED to lose weight for our health. My mom can barely walk anymore due to a knee injury and the extra weight isnt helping at all. I have lost 100 pounds in the past before but have gained that all back over the last 5 years but i lived a much more psyical life back then (job was very psyically demanding). If anyone could point me to some reliable resources like meal plans ect that would be amazing. We just dont know where to start.

These are good places to get info.
I would honestly avoid so many others that are very popular. Like Dr Berg for example. He says some weird stuff that isn’t good info way too often for me taste. There are like a million YouTube personalities and podcasters with tons of subscribers out there since keto has become popular. If you want to keep it simple, stick to these few resources and you will get the most consistently good information. Look for podcasts where these people are guests too.
