Hello! I’m a former WW person & recently obtained my Certified Nutrition Specialist certificate! I am also a nurse & decided its time to practice what I preach to my patients. That & my recent labs SUCKED! Hope in 3 months my labs will be better & I will be eating healthier & more fit.
