Question

if I wait to eat until 12 does that make you gain more weight or loose ???

    Neither - No bearing by itself.

    Does it make it easier or harder for you to adhere to a total calories daily plan?
    Obviously with variances for eating more when you do more like workout.

    Perhaps that plan allows you to eat more for the fewer meals, and you feel satisfied then, and adhere.

    Perhaps not doing that causes you to sneak snacks and not log them because of being hungry, and not adhere.

    Obviously one will cause more weight loss, one method less.

    Has nothing to do with the timing by itself.
    But rather how it helps or hurts you.
