Late walk, but still managed to get it done.

Daughter had been holding off illness to perform in the play on the weekend (3 performances, Friday evening, Saturday matinee and Saturday evening), but it is all catching up with her now. Only managed two classes at school before needing to come home, rest and recover.
Wife also ill at the moment, so trying to look after her too as much as I can.
(Will also upload a video from the racing on the weekend tomorrow - has not been my highest priority today).
Early night. Need some sleep.
@tuffgirl19. Hopefully the toe will heal up soon enough, broken little toes need only low impact and care to allow to heal.
@krea4. So glad you are still here. That is what makes you a winner in my book. My wife is proof you can manage weight without exercise. It is just a lot harder as you need to have good diet management.

Exercised: 25 minutes laps in the pool & aquajogging + 20 minutes yoga + 23K steps (including 5K run in the park, my last outdoor practice run before my 5K next Saturday)

@DreamAchiever33, I've run one 1/2 marathon and decided that it was a totally awesome experience but I will probably never do it again, as I started to have a lot of foot pain. I've stuck to 5Ks since then, varying number and speed depending on how much I trained and how healthy I was at the time. The good thing about going with C25K or another program is that it helps prevent you from advancing too fast and injuring yourself. (I tend to go at things enthusiastically and sometimes too hard, lol.) Don't be afraid to repeat weeks if you're not feeling ready for what's next. Build up week by week, and your feet and legs will thank you in the end!

nsv (for me) put hubby on a keto diet 4 weeks ago he has lost 15#. He loves ice cream and I have found Enlightened ice cream. It is just delicious!7 -
Exercise - yes, yard work - Before I started getting back to a healthier lifestyle, I sat behind a computer all day at work and was tired all the time. So for right now, I am concentrating on generally moving MORE. And it’s really working for me! I’m not doing any “workouts”, I’m just making sure I get in at least 20 minutes of anything to get my heart rate up. Housework, yard work, walks, etc. Plus getting at least 250 Fitbit steps in every hour for 11 hours. Next month I plan on adding in some weight training but I’m in such a better place than I was a few weeks ago that I’m happy with sticking to my routine for now.

Yes x 3. Exercise was 30 min of singles tennis, my first time back on the courts in a year and a half due to foot problems. I played horribly, but my foot was fine and that’s all that matters. I’ll get better again as time goes by,

Ranger Rick, you encouraged me when I first found UAC, to keep logging in even if I exceed pass days....which has been pretty consistent lately.
Completing my daily tracking has been a challenge, which rollsover to here. I am not giving up, so thankful your all still here.
I believe I was at 9 pass days on my last post.

I’m traveling over the next 3 days. I’m in Iowa tonight and I’ll be traveling by both car and plane to be in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by tomorrow night. I’ve got a couple of meetings with Big-deal lawyers on Wednesday in Pittsburgh. Then I fly back to Chicago on Wednesday night. Whew!
