    19/5 Sunday
The least said about it the better. I was doing well up until after dinner when I said to hubby there's either chocolate cake (which I don't eat, unless I've had a bit too much wine) or cheese and biscuits for pudding. He chose the cheese and biscuits as he could then open a fresh bottle of wine. So I ate everything! But it was the dog's birthday and he got the fluffy bits from the brie that had been in the fridge for a couple of weeks, so that makes it all OK, doesn't it??? ;) .
    Exercise: Yes
    Calories: No idea
    Tracking: Not after dinner.
    Pass day 11 (I think).

    20/5 Monday.
Strangely I wasn't particularly hungry, I wonder why??? Maybe yesterday's excesses????. Skipped breakfast, had my midmorning snack, lunch, light dinner, bit of toast before bed.
    Exercise: Yes
    Calories: Easily
    Tracking: Yes.

I’m traveling over the next 3 days. I’m in Iowa tonight and I’ll be traveling by both car and plane to be in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by tomorrow night. I’ve got a couple of meetings with Big-deal lawyers on Wednesday in Pittsburgh. Then I fly back to Chicago on Wednesday night. Whew!
    Happy Travels to you!

    Yes x3 for me.

@fitphoenix Thanks for the tips on repeating weeks. I started and was pleasantly surprised and how it wasn't too awful. If I had started on my own though, I would have tried to run 2-3 miles on day one. This will be a much smarter way to get back into it!
