Ate too much at dinner - didn’t want my first May pass Day & didn’t like joe my body felt, so hopped on ex bike at 9:15 pm
63 mins exercise (kept going until I’d burned off the surplus)
Under by 36 calories
Tracked every bit
It made me quite wired, but hopefully my cat will let me sleep in AM!

Spring blossoms on the flowering crab apple trees and lilacs in our yard are finally "showing off." Today is the last day of the Lilac Festival. Not too many of the lilacs on the festival grounds had reached peak yet except, perhaps, some very early varieties. So happy to have a warm 70's degree day today...and the sun is SHINING!

Beautiful weather on a Saturday so took the opportunity to go out and fly.
Evening was daughters play. Antigony (pronounced an-tig-on-ee). Greek tragedy. Very well done. Daughter played her role well.
Late night preparing to run drone race competition on Sunday (I am secretary/president of the drone club holding the race).

Long day running drone race. Up before dawn, home after dark. Good day. All went well.
Flew consistent. Slowest in top division, but faster average speed than anyone in the second division. Also my consistent flying placed me 8th in a field of 11. Happy with how I flew, but still definitely room for improvement (as always).
Also tested and was awarded with plane bronze wings. This enables me to fly RC planes at the club without requiring supervision. So now I certified proficiency in RC planes, RC helicopters and FPV drones.

@craigo3154 That is really neat! It's very cool to have such an interesting hobby and be so good at it! I bet it's a lot of fun to participate and also to watch!

My third pass!
Really great HIIT workout for 45 minutes this morning but since my goal is not to eat back exercise calories while I’m still actively losing, I have to take a pass.
On a good note, my husband and I are finally at our weight goal to safely ride on his motorcycle together! We went for a ride yesterday for the first time.8 -

@w8goal4life, how lovely! I walk by several magnolia trees on the way to work, and one is in absolutely splendid bloom, and the other two are still just budding. It's so fascinating to see things growing.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minutes total...30 minutes with Leslie, 20 minutes with Gilad and 10 minutes with Jane
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, on target. @goldthistime and @lalabank I do find myself using exercise calories...more so when my food choices were not the nutritionally best options. Today was one of those "sugar" days, so I did delve into those exercise calories.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, sure thing.

I'm starting the C25K tomorrow morning with my boss... we try to hold each other accountable daily for a 20+ minute walk, and now we are going to attempt this. Any tips? I have ran half marathons and 5/10Ks in the past -- but that was 8 years and 3 babies ago.4 -

Rose and I took a soggy but fun woodland trek to see our spring beauties which include Sweet Williams; Jack in the Pulpit; violets; bluebells and a host of tiny flowering plants. One hour of walking and talking.
