    Gorgeous weather today and our family took full advantage of it (sounds like others did too).

    Yes x 3, but had to use all my exercise calories (not against my rules, @lalabank you’re maybe made of stronger stuff than I). Was HUNGRY today.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minutes total...30 minutes with Leslie, 20 minutes with Gilad and 10 minutes with Jane
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, on target. @goldthistime and @lalabank I do find myself using exercise calories...more so when my food choices were not the nutritionally best options. Today was one of those "sugar" days, so I did delve into those exercise calories.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, sure thing.

    @craigo3154 Congratulations on achieving RC plane bronze wings! Flying is a passion for you.

    Exercise yes it was over 80 degrees but got 12k steps and 90 minutes of exercise opening the pool. Yay summer!

    I'm starting the C25K tomorrow morning with my boss... we try to hold each other accountable daily for a 20+ minute walk, and now we are going to attempt this. Any tips? I have ran half marathons and 5/10Ks in the past -- but that was 8 years and 3 babies ago. :#

    Love the photos of the spring beauty outside of @w8goal4life's home.
    Rose and I took a soggy but fun woodland trek to see our spring beauties which include Sweet Williams; Jack in the Pulpit; violets; bluebells and a host of tiny flowering plants. One hour of walking and talking.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @DreamAchiever33 -- Congrats on starting C25K. Since it sounds like you've run in the past, you know what to do -- start slowly, listen to your body and enjoy the journey! That's what I did when I started running 4 years ago and now I've run five half-marathons. You got this!

    Spring blossoms on the flowering crab apple trees and lilacs in our yard are finally "showing off." Today is the last day of the Lilac Festival. Not too many of the lilacs on the festival grounds had reached peak yet except, perhaps, some very early varieties. So happy to have a warm 70's degree day today...and the sun is SHINING!
