Exercise was planned walking to and from various buildings from meeting to meeting and a surprise bonus when a jazz band started to play some iconic 60's style jazz and I just danced, danced, danced!

My sympathies. In a sad coincidence, my son-in-law’s father died suddenly early yesterday morning. My 5 year old grandson took the news surprisingly well, but I think he doesn’t get it yet.1 -
Just wanted to share two of my favorite things for water aerobics, water run/jogging. This aqua jogger is great and 💕 my JBL Endurance Sprint earbuds. They’re waterproof, wireless and Bluetooth. Really affordable too. I bought mine at REI, they’re also sold at Amazon and Best Buy. Also bought aqua jogger on Amazon too. I find being in the water so relaxing, listening to my own music as I smash the cals!!
