The often misunderstood Pass Days...
Yesterday, a couple of team members stated," I took an intentional Pass Day." When I read that I say, "Hallelujah! That is a Pass Day's best use."
It should not be a wild crazy Cheat Day, rather, it is best used intentionally to enjoy being in relationship with others.
Of course, it's also important to have a little 'give' in the UAC system for my/your occasional temptations.
Please do not think of a Pass Day as an unforgivable sin or guilty error.
Lastly, please know that if you end the month with 3 or less Pass Days, then you qualify for the hard-to-obtain Winner's Circle.
On the other hand, don't quit just because you have more than 3 Pass Days...keep on keeping on the road to healthy habits.
Rick

Good enough weather to fly. Managed to get 3 hours flying practice in.
Family dinner out at a Korean Barbecue restaurant. Really nice. Will go there again for an occasionally treat.
Time to get some much needed sleep.
Like re-iterate/expand on what @RangerRickL. said:- Pass days are not bad
- Planned pass days are great
- 4 or more pass days in a month and you are not named in the winners circle
- However, with 4 or more pass days, if you stay with the group and keep posting and trying to keep to plan, you are still a winner (even though not named in circle). Building habits is about consistency.

No reporting from me today yet, but I had a thought this morning and wanted to throw it out to everyone. From the comments and post times, I think we have members who are from different parts of this wonderful planet. If you'd like, I'd love to see where everyone is from in your post today. You can be as general as possible! I'm from St. Louis, MO.. Let's go Blues! 🏒🏒
@RangerRickL if this is not what you'd like on this page, please delete. I don't want to mess up this wonderful group you've started!8 -

On the Emerald Isle. So called because of our 40 Shades of Green. Snakeless because St Patrick reputedly banished them from this land of ours. On a clear day I can see Bonnie Scotland.
Top o’ the morning to y’all!

I've enjoyed Thurs-Fri-Sat-Sunday this weekend being more relaxed in my eating and drinking, but I did not not go off the rails, either. I didn't necessarily weigh or measure every morsel, and I took a planned pass day yesterday, but I also didn't just eat anything and everything, and I still got in my workouts as scheduled.
Onward and upward!5 -

I have to say, I am amazed that I'm not starving.... and I'm under my calories nearly daily. I'm not doing heavy exercising yet, but going from nothing to a fast walk/running around with my kids is doing something. Since the 1st, I'm down 8 lbs (tbh, about 3 of those were put on in the 2 days leading up to this challenge). I know it won't continue at this pace, but I'm excited for a good start!!
Great job everyone!9
