    Hi everyone! Getting some much-needed R&R this weekend, so today is a planned Pass Day #1 for the month. I did get lots of walking in, though...ending the day with 19K+ steps.

    My steps equal enough cardio and I normally wouldn't count them, but I was in a car accident so I'm going to.

    Exercise- yes, a bit of core work, running and half an hour in the sauna (recovery is important too!)
    Calories- yep in the green, even with a huge delicious Ethiopian dinner out

    Yes x 3. Exercise getting more challenging. MFP doesn't have an option for "waddling" but it got my heart rate up.

    You can “create “ the exercise.

    You could Prancercize - if you don’t know what it is- google it. Funny video just shows to each his own! Move it or lose it.:)

    3 X’s Yes. Mellow day, 60 minute yoga class and under by 3 little calories. I’m working hard to get close to my calories, I tend to under eat when I’m super busy. In the past that would result in over eating on other days.
    @goldthistime - I agree with everything you said! I also read everything.
    Also your quote for today really echos the voice in my head. There have been a lot of experiences lately where I’ve had to get out of my comfort zone in order to advance myself professionally. I’ve been channeling my inner gym beast that pushes herself to do anything. It’s working.

    Taking pass #1. I probably went over cals. The food options were nil BUT I got.my exercise in at the 50 West Mile run. Only a mile run but it too 4 miles.to.walk to the start line lol hsz27m6hcg57.jpg
