    I didn't preplan and just winged it the first day. Didn't get nearly the amount of fats that I needed. The next few days I preplanned and it was a lot easier to get close to my goals. Tip: chicken for protein is simple and easy, nuts for fats.

    I wish we could program this app to account for the high carb days every 4th day...I think it only allows us to pick which days per week we want to customize(Monday, Thursday, etc).

    Yes, you will have to adjust the amounts depending on the day (unless you get the paid version of the app- I don't have it because well... I don't want to pay, lol) so just be aware of that and track your days accordingly. Also be aware that when you adjust your intake it will adjust it indefinitely, so you will have to readjust for tomorrow.
