New to the group

Hello everyone, I'm both new to myfitnesspal and the group. I'm trying to get in the groove of working out consistently and eating healthy. I only eat fruits, veggies, nuts and occasionally oats. However, sometimes my sugar cravings get the best of me. I've always had a sweet tooth ever since I was a little girl, so sometimes it's hard to resist the temptation. Regardless, I'll try to find a way to persevere anyways!
