HIGH CARB DAY!

We've reached our first high carb day!
Who's excited??
Make sure to adjust your calories AND your macros!
Pay attention to the GRAMS of each MACRO, the calories will work themselves out in the end.
A few tips:
-Still try to take in most of your carbs POST WORKOUT
-Add veggies and fruits throughout the day or to each meal
-Eat essentially the same menu but increase the amount of the chosen carb you are already eating
-Let yourself have ONE "treat"
-Make sure your carbs are still of high quality, anything sugary should be immediately post workout
-EARN YOUR CARBS TODAY!
