I downloaded the couch to 10k app today. I won't be starting it until I finish with C25k (Thursday is wk5d3) but it's all ready for me. Loving this program!!

    Good for you! When you finish c25k you should come and join us at the Bridge to 10k group.

    I did the same thing, at about the same point! Still can't believe that I'm doing a anything to 10k now! See you in the Bridge to 10k group in just a few weeks.

    I'll be there, really looking forward to it. Spending today wishing it wasn't my rest day so I can see how well I do on my D3.

    You think that, when you become a runner, you'll 1) go fast 2) run every day. Neither are true. I just ran, so now I have to wait all the way until Saturday evening to run again.
