1. HYDRATE - consume AT LEAST half your body weight in ounces of WATER
2. CONSUME A HEALTHY FAT in every meal
3. CONSUME A FRUIT OR VEGGIE in every meal

*REMEMBER THAT THESE GUIDELINES ARE IN ADDITION TO THE WEEK 2 GUIDELINES!

WEEK 2 GOALS/GUIDELINES INCLUDE:
1. WEIGH AND MEASURE ALL FOODS
2. ELIMINATE ADDED SUGARS
3. ELIMINATE PROCESSED FOODS
4. INCLUDE A PRIMARY PROTEIN SOURCE TO EACH MEAL
